Octostaff is right in an invitation-only beta phase. Please expect slow response times and limited support.

When you contact support, include:
- host app and platform (Word/Excel, Windows/Mac/Web)
- exact time of the issue (with timezone)
- steps to reproduce
- screenshots or screen recording (if available)
- console/network errors (if available)
You will typically receive a response within 3-5 business days after you contact support.
Before You Contact Us
Please check:
Authentication and Access Issues
For sign-in problems, include:
- identity provider used (Microsoft/Google/Auth0 flow)
- whether pop-ups were blocked
- whether issue occurs in desktop, web, or both
- any error code shown on
/auth/loginor callback page
Data and Privacy
Do not send secrets, passwords, tokens, or full document contents by email. If logs are needed, we will request a safe redacted format.
